Terms and Conditions
Our Pre-CHL Private Class is a single-session class that usually lasts about 2 hours. The curriculum is designed for new shooters, those out of practice, or those just wanting a little basic instruction in a private, one-on-one environment. The Pre-CHL is a basic handgun technique and safety course that will prepare you for the shooting portion of the CHL qualification. We'll cover handgun safety, stance, grip, technique, loading and unloading, and run you through a mock qualification.
We recommend you bring the following items:
RANGE:
Handgun - Either revolver or semi-automatic, (.32 cal or larger) in good working order and UNLOADED.
Hearing Protection -
We require the ear-muff style.
Eye Protection - Safety glasses or shatter-proof prescription lenses are required
At least 100 rounds of ammunition (brass casing, only). Ammo may be purchased at the range.
CLASSROOM:
The classroom portion of the Pre-CHL class is minimal and will be conducted at the range.
NO LOADED WEAPONS will be allowed in the classroom, except by instructors.
You may bring a legal pad or notebook, and writing instruments, but they are not required.
Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions or physical challenges that might effect your ability to take this course. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you provided we are given adequate notice.
You will a confirmation email detailing the class schedule and including maps and directions to classroom and range.

- You understand that the cost of this course will not be refunded if you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to show up without notifying Double Action CHL within 24 hours of the class start time..
